Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
Below is how the Limitless review site treats personal information: what is gathered, the reason for it, and what you are entitled to under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Because this is an independent review site and not a gambling operator, the amount of data involved is deliberately small.
Information we gather
There are two sources. One is anonymised usage data collected by cookies, covering things like which pages are read, approximate city-level location and device type. The other is whatever you submit through our contact form, typically your name, email and the content of your message. We never request casino logins, balances or verification documents, and we would have no reason to.
Purpose and retention
Usage data tells us which reviews readers rely on and where the site falls short. Messages and the details attached to them are retained only for as long as the enquiry is open, then removed on a routine schedule rather than kept on file forever.
Who it is shared with
Your information is not for sale. We pass it only to the providers that keep the site online, for example hosting and analytics services, and only as far as each one requires to do its job. Each handles data under its own terms and the relevant law.
Exercising your rights
The Privacy Act 2020 gives you the right to request access to the information we hold on you and to ask for corrections. Get in touch via the contact page and we will reply inside the period the Act allows. Should a response leave you dissatisfied, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner can take the matter further.
Keeping data safe and policy updates
Traffic to the site is encrypted and any contact data is access-restricted. This policy may change as the site does, and the date at the top records the most recent revision.
